Regulation Reminder
Fire Risk Assessments Are a Legal Duty, Not Optional
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, any property with paying guests needs a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment. That includes holiday lets and B&Bs.
